How You Can Help
UMNC depends on your generosity to carry out its mission of service to the Memphis community. In 2006, we helped over 30,000 people through the Miriam Child Development Center, the Refugee Economic Independence Program (REIP) and our six Social Service Centers.

For all our accomplishments, however, even more remains to be done. That’s why we’ve opened another two food pantries in the last year. And that’s why we need your help more than ever. You can help in two ways: join our volunteer base and/or make a financial donation to UMNC.

Volunteers donate and distribute food, prepare clothing, provide tutoring/mentoring, help with the annual holiday food basket and gift distributions, assist in the Miriam Child Development Center, and help with secretarial duties and donation pick-ups. If you’d like to volunteer, please click here.

You can also make a financial donation or pledge to UMNC using our secure server by clicking here.

Thank you for your support. Thanks to you, we’re making a positive difference for the people of Memphis!
