Miriam Child Development Center would like to thank the Key women who have come to help read and do crafts with you Pre-K class. Margret Miller from Emmanuel UMC brought youth from the church to help and Sharon Lockhart from Aldersgate also came by. Kudos Ladies for giving your time to our kids! We would also like to give a HUGE thank you to the many people who worked together (driving buses, registering, leading groups and taking time to talk and care about the kid’s from Miriam) and saw that our after-schoolers had the opportunity to enjoy VBS this summer in a Methodist Church. Keep up the Good Work!
Infant classroom: Presently we have 6 infants who would like to wish their father’s a happy father’s day. We are happy to report that Rahya is holding her bottle and that we have a new infant Kristopher. Laying your baby on its tummy is the best exercise for your baby. Allowing your baby to crawl also helps the baby to keep good posture.
Thank you! Ms. Brenda and Ms. Keisha.
Toddler 1 Room: Summer is right around the cornor and the Awesome Two’s are focusing on Summer Fun! To beat the heat we will have popsicles and ice cream. The Awesome two’s would like to wish all the dads a Happy Father’s Day. We would also like to welcome Destiny and Kenny a Happy Birthday. Painting our butter fillies was our favorite craft activity this month. As always we would like to tell the parents that we enjoy taking care of your children and are here to help in continuing to make our collaboration a success.
Thanks, Ms. Carol and Ms. Tasha.
