Senior Day Center |
Through the new Center, UMNC will be able to offer individualized care and therapies for approximately 150 seniors,
including physical exercise, social interaction and activities like arts and crafts, music, field trips, games,
movies and more. Open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, the Center will provide transportation (if needed) as
well as hot breakfasts and lunches.
Special services will also be available to seniors suffering from Alzheimer’s or other common forms of dementia.
Specialized staff will develop programs and activities designed to stimulate their cognitive abilities and provide
a safe, nurturing environment.
